“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and in all thy ways acknowledge Him, trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and He shall direct thy paths.”

“Blessed is he that is trusting in the Lord, for the help that he daily needs, for he shall inherit the promised reward, if he follow where Jesus leads. Blessed is he that is trusting in the Lord, and follows the heavenly way, keeping with patience and hope the path, all his steps shall be guarded each day. Blessed is he whom the father will aid, and the Savior will ever befriend, he shall not fear and shall not be dismayed, for the Lord will his soul defend. Blessed is he who will keep in the way, that will upward and onward lead, walking by faith in His love every day, who supplies his daily need. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and in all they ways acknowledge Him, trust in the Lord with all thine heart and He shall direct thy paths.” Praise the Lord!

Therefore, most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmity, that the power of Christ may rest upon me, for He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

“Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in needs, in reproaches, in distresses, for Christ’s sake, for when I am weak I am strong.” How many of us this morning are able to go through trials and infirmities gladly? Not many of us; because in times of trouble, in times of infirmities, Satan sends his messengers like thorns in the flesh to buffet us, lest we be exalted above measure, and he wins; because, instead of going through our situations praying and praising God, we allow ourselves to become weak, and we pray to God to let this pass from us, rather than asking him to go through it with us. But, we must learn to stand fast, to believe in God, who promised us, that his strength will perfect our weaknesses, that what was meant to hurt us that he will turn it around for our good; so my brothers and sisters in Christ, let the weak say this morning, I am strong, I am strong in the Lord, who promised that His strength will perfect my weakness. Praise the Lord!

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20

“But then indeed, when you did not know God, you served those which by nature were not gods. But now, after you know God, or rather are known by God, why would you want to turn again to the weak and the beggarly which previously had you in bondage? Come out from among them! For we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free. Stand fast therefore, in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. For when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his son born of a woman to redeem those who were in bondage, that we might receive the adoption as sons. Therefore, you are no longer a slave but a son, and if then a son, and heir of God through Christ.” Praise the Lord!

“Bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me, bless his holy name”. Praise the Lord! Oh Glory be to God this morning! Magnify the Lord with me, lift him up, because he is worthy.

Oh God, we exalt your name this morning, we give you the honor and the praise because of your goodness and mercy towards us. How could we ever forget your benefits towards us? How could we forget our many sins you have forgiven, our diseases you have healed, your provision and protection and your guidance unto us? Lord, may we never forget that you crown us with loving-kindness, that you satisfy our mouths with good things, that you daily renew our strength like the eagles. Lord, you are full of compassion and mercy, you are slow to anger and no matter how rebellious we have been, you have not dealt with us as we deserve. Therefore, let us bless the Lord and all that is within us, let us bless his holy name. Amen! Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord this morning, for he is good and his mercy endures forever!

Let us pray. Dear God, we may not understand the struggles we go through, we may not know what lies ahead, the tempest is raging and the battle is strong, but one thing we could be sure of, is that you, lead your dear children along. Thank you, Lord!

This morning Lord, we come before you, and we may not have the right words to express ourselves, we may put our wants before our needs, but we are thankful, that you, O God, understands our prayers even when we cannot put them into words. This morning Lord, please listen to our hearts, let our cries go up to you as incense and answer us favorably. Lord, we come to you this morning, confident that you already know our needs and that you are able to supply abundantly, all we need to do is to trust you, to go through this day with a prayer and a praise, and allow you to work our purpose out. Help us Lord, to lay aside every burden of our hearts this day, every care, let us cast on you, and go forward in your strength, in Jesus name we pray. Amen!

And whoever of you desire to be first shall be slave of all, for even the Son of man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many. Mark 10:44-45

Dear God, we pray especially today for the men and women in service for this country, watch over them Lord, as they fight to keep our shores safe. Lord, may their unselfish giving be duly rewarded, for many want to be served,  but these brave men and women, many of whom have lost their lives in the service of others, may they be an example for us. Lord, there are so many ways that we could be of service, show us where and when to reach out, humble us, so that we could follow your good example and learn to put others before ourselves, not for fame or fortune, but to bring honor and glory to your name, for in so doing we will reap our just reward. All this we ask in your Holy name. Amen!

Behold, the eyes of the Lord is upon those who fear him, on those who hope in His mercy, to deliver their soul from death and to keep them alive in famine. Psalm 33:18-19

“Oh, fear the Lord all you His saints, there is no want to those who fear Him, the young lions lack and suffer hunger, but those who seek the Lord will not lack anything good.” Trust in the Lord, wait patiently on Him, for all that He promised to do He will. Therefore, our soul will wait for you O Lord, for you are our help and our shield, our heart shall rejoice in you because we trust in your holy name. Let your mercy be upon us O Lord, just as we hope in you.

“Have you not heard? The Creator of the earth neither faints nor is weary, His understanding is unsearchable, He gives power to the weak and to those who have no might He increases strength.” Praise the Lord!

Thus says the Lord, “You are my servant, I have chosen you and have not cast you away; fear not, for I am with you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Thank you Lord, for your promises which I know are true, you promise that those who wait upon you shall renew their strength, that they will mount up with wings like eagles, that they shall run and not be weary, walk and not faint, so teach me Lord, to wait.

I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness; I will sing the praises of the name of the Lord Most High. Psalm 7:17

“Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!” We call upon your name because of its power and glory, we call upon your name because it heals us, we call upon your name because it saves us; oh, there is no other name like the name of Jesus, there is victory in the name of Jesus, all who believe in His name and call upon Him shall be saved. Let us lift high the name of Jesus, let us sing praises to his name, let us proclaim it to the world, so that at the name of Jesus, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

“Guide me O, thou Great Jehovah, pilgrim through this barren land, I am weak but thou art mighty, hold me with thy powerful hand, bread of heaven, feed me ‘till I want no more.”

Almighty and most merciful God, we humbly pray that you will guide us through all the cares of this life, we are trusting in your defense oh God, because we are weak and you are strong, we are trusting you to drive away from us all wrong desires and to show us how to focus on your word. Lord, we will trust in your strength to help us face the situations in our lives which seems daunting to us, we will stand firm knowing that we are not alone, that you are with us. May we never forget you oh God, or be blind to your saving power, but keep walking in your sight, giving you thanks and praise. Lord, we believe that with you, all things are possible, so this morning Lord, anything that seems impossible to us, we know that you have the power to turn it around. So, guide us O, thou Great Jehovah, pilgrim through this barren land, we are weak but thou art mighty, hold us with thy powerful hand, bread of heaven, bread of heaven, feed us ‘till we want no more, and we pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen!
